Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Data Controller for personal data is Cs Parsec Srl, with registered office at Via Martiri di Civitella 7, Arezzo; VAT No. 01372090512 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Controller”). Personal data collected through this website may also be shared or processed, for the same purposes specified herein, with the parent company Adamantia Group Srl and the affiliate EDP Florence Srl.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect through our website, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the rights that users can exercise.

We exclusively collect common personal data that the user voluntarily provides when interacting with the forms on the website:

  • Contact Form: Name, surname, company name, email address.
  • Free Demo Request Form: Name, email address, company name, business phone number.
  • Navigation Data: Data collected automatically through anonymized technical and statistical cookies (e.g., masked IP address, pages visited), for which please refer to our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect sensitive or special categories of data under any circumstances (e.g., health, judicial, or biometric data).

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

Personal data is processed for the following purposes, according to their respective legal bases:

  • Responding to contact and support requests: To manage, process, and respond to commercial or informational requests sent by the user through the contact form.
    • Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR).
  • Organization of Demonstration Calls (Live Demos): To contact the user (via email or business phone) to schedule, organize, and conduct the remote demonstration session (via web conference) with a specialized technician, aimed at illustrating how the products work.
    • Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR).
  • Sending Marketing and Newsletter communications: Managed centrally through the parent company Adamantia Group Srl, to send updates, promotional materials, product news, and event invitations via email.
    • Legal basis: The explicit and optional consent expressed by the user via the dedicated checkbox within the forms (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR).
  • Legal compliance: To comply with obligations provided by laws, regulations, or judicial authorities.
    • Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c, GDPR).

4. Data Sharing and Communication

Personal data is not sold or disseminated to third parties. It may be communicated exclusively to:

  • Authorized employees and collaborators of the Data Controller.
  • Group companies (Adamantia Group Srl and EDP Florence Srl) for administrative, coordination purposes, or for integrating data into the centralized newsletter/marketing system.
  • External IT service providers acting as Data Processors (e.g., hosting providers, videoconferencing platforms).

5. Data Transfer Abroad (Outside the EU)

For website traffic analysis, this website uses Google Analytics 4. The transfer of data to the USA takes place in full compliance with Art. 45 of the GDPR, as Google adheres to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework (DPF), guaranteeing an equivalent level of protection to that of the EU.

6. Data Retention Period

  • Contact and Demo Form Data: Retained for the time necessary to process the request or to schedule and follow up on the live demonstration session, and for a maximum period of 12 months from its completion, unless a contractual relationship is subsequently established.
  • Marketing Data (Newsletter): Retained until the user revokes their consent (unsubscribes), which can be done at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

7. User Rights

At any time, users may exercise the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, and Withdrawal of consent) by sending a written request to the email address: info@csparsec.it or via ordinary mail to the registered office address.

8. Protection of Minors

Our services and website content are directed toward a professional audience and are not intended for individuals under the age of 14. If we verify the presence of personal data relating to a minor under 14, we will proceed with its immediate deletion.
